Attendance for the Stone Lake Cranberry Festival is on average, 25,000 to 30,000. We have 330+ Vendor spaces on flat asphalt streets, 12 feet along the curb and 10 feet from the curb into the street. Limited spaces are available on the grass upon request.
Booth Restrictions: Stone Lake Cranberry Festival is an arts & crafts festival. The festival reserves the right to deny registration if a booth's goods or material could be commonly perceived to promote violence or elicit a polarized response from consumers along the lines of class, race, religion, or political opinion.

Before beginning registration, ensure that you have General Liability Insurance* policy number and EITHER a Wisconsin Seller's Permit Number OR a Sales Exempt Code.

If you do not carry a WI Seller’s Permit and you are not Sales Exempt:

Copy of sellers permit or Sales Exempt Certificate must be visible at your space during sale hours.

RETURNING VENDOR AND NEW VENDOR SPACE ALLOCATION
- Returning vendors from last year registering on or before May 31 will be given the same space location (unless beyond our control) and a vendor packet will be mailed at the beginning of September.
- Returning vendors from last year and New Vendors registering after May 31 will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis using registration date as guideline and will be notified on or before July 31 of space availability.
- New Vendors will be notified on or before July 31 of space availability. If NO space is available, you will be refunded your registration fee, minus the credit card processing fee (not to exceed $10).

- Outdoor Craft Vendor Registration for Double space (24'x10') - $300
- Outdoor Craft Vendor Registration for Triple space (36'x10') - $450
- Food Vendor Registration for Single space (12'x10') - $265
- Food Vendor Registration for Double space (24'x10') - $420
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Festival is held rain or shine. No rain date will be held.
- If you cancel prior to September 1, 2026, you will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee per space.
- If you cancel between September 2 and September 22, 2026, you will receive a refund of 50% of your registration fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after September 23, 2026 and the day of the festival.
- If the Festival is cancelled due to a government mandate, vendors will be refunded in full minus a $10 processing fee per space.
