Cranberry Festival trafiic control is provided each year by Sawyer and Washburn Counties Sheriff’s Departments. These men & women do a stellar job and the Fesitval would not be possible without their expertise. Please follow the signs and the Officers’ directions and your destination will be reached as quickly as possible.
Remember...
Stone Lake is a 12 block sqaure and all parking fields are located within 3 blocks of the activities regardless of the lot you park in.
PARKING FEES
Money raised in the designated parking areas (not private properties) are donated to local not for profit organizations. Local Volunteers are there to assist you and work long hours so please be patient.
Parking lots are color coded. Festival map is located at the bottom of this page.
Cars - $5.00
Motorcycles - $2.00
Buses - $75.00
Exact change is always appreciated.
HANDICAP PARKING
Handicap Parking is available on both sides of town regardless of the route you take to reach a parking field. Please have your official Handicap Permit clearly displayed as NO vehicles will be allowed in handicap lots without a permit. Attendants will direct you to the closest lot.
PARKING LOT SHUTTLES
Parking lots are located just at the edge of town however Free Shuttle Bus service is available to and from parking lots.
SHUTTLE BUS FROM HAYWARD PROVIDED BY NAMEKAGON TRANSIT
On Saturday of the Festival the Namekagon Transit will provide round trip service from the Hayward Visitor Center to the Shell Lake Bank in Stone Lake.
Shuttle Fee is $1.00 each way. $2.00 Round Trip. No reservations required.
3 Buses making a continuous loop from the Hayward Visitor Center to Stone Lake and back. Buses depart Hayward beginning 8:00am, 8:15am and 8:30am and run approximately every 15 minutes.
Return Buses from the Shell Lake Bank located on Highway 70 in Stone Lake begin at 8:30am and approximately every 15 minutes thereafter.
Final Return Bus to Hayward from the Shell Lake Bank will run at 5:30pm.
